DEALERPLAN — APPROVED BRAND STANDARD
20 September 2026

Logo: Existing charcoal-and-teal wordmark with four industry icons, no upper symbol, and a very small light-grey ’99 at the upper right in place of TM.
’99 denotes the company's establishment in 1999. Do not add hockey imagery, player names or endorsement claims to public materials.

Brand line: Driven by results. Defined by service.

Colours: Charcoal #202020; teal #00A6BD; heritage ’99 #9AA1A6.
Readable small-text links may use darker teal #006D7B.

FILES
DealerPlan-99-Primary.svg — outlined vector master for web, signage and print.
DealerPlan-99-Primary.png — 1800 px transparent primary logo.
DealerPlan-99-White.svg / .png — white wordmark and icons for dark backgrounds; grey ’99 retained.
DealerPlan-99-Outlook.png — 480 px PNG on white; display at 160 px width in email.
DealerPlan-99-White-256x256.png — transparent white-logo upload, 256 x 256 px, under 500 KB.

Preserve proportions and all four icons. The ’99 is intentionally discreet; do not enlarge it independently or turn it into a decorative badge. Use actual logo files, not screenshots or retyped wordmarks. Keep the slogan as live text where practical.

Small marks require a legibility check at final output size. For engraved or 3D-printed merchandise, use the vector master as artwork input and check minimum feature sizes before replacing printable models. These files do not revise existing STL/3MF geometry.

OUTLOOK
Full signature for new messages; compact signature for replies and forwards. Insert the PNG through Outlook's image control and inspect a received test message. The HTML signature guide contains personalized versions and the rollout draft.

FINAL LOGO + TAGLINE TREATMENT
Use the tagline immediately beneath the logo, as separate text wherever possible. Regular weight; no italics or quotation marks. On white use #6B7378; on dark use #B4BCC0 with the white logo variant. Email: 9 px tagline, 160 px logo. Website footer: 12 px tagline, 245 px logo. Keep the full wording on ONE line, centred directly beneath the logo. Names, contact details and other surrounding text remain left-aligned. It must be visually narrower than the logo; use the smaller supplied type size and do not stretch or justify it. Keep the website navigation logo on its own. Compact email replies retain the established minimal contact format.

APPROVED VERTICAL ALTERNATES
Portrait: intact wordmark over a two-by-two icon grid. Preferred for portrait placements with room for the full name.
Stacked: dealer above plan, with a two-by-two icon grid. Use for narrower vertical placements.
Both include the small light-grey ’99 and centred, one-line tagline. SVG artwork is outlined and scales without installed fonts; PNGs have transparent backgrounds. Use on white or very light backgrounds.
Keep the horizontal logo as the primary identity for website navigation and Outlook signatures. Do not stretch, rearrange, or enlarge the tagline. If the tagline becomes unreadable, use a larger placement or the primary logo.
